Training Courses Terms and Conditions

BOOKING A PLACE
To book a place, please visit www.consultancy-solutions.co.uk and download the booking form or submit an online booking request. Alternatively please complete and return the enclosed application form.

When we receive your application we will confirm your place and send an invoice. All invoices are payable within 30 days. We will send you full course details at least two weeks before the course starts (unless you have booked at short notice). Course details can be posted and/or emailed to you according to your wishes.

We can only invoice people who are funded through their organisation / agencies. Individuals paying for their own place will need to forward full payment at the time of booking. Please contact us on 0845 833 2860 for further information or email us; info@consultancy-solutions.co.uk

COURSE TIMES, VENUES AND LOCATIONS
Unless otherwise specified all courses begin at 10.00am and end at 3.30pm. Registration is at 9.30am.

We aim to select locations which are accessible by road, rail and public transport and have appropriate facilities for those with disabilities.

Unless otherwise state lunch IS NOT included in the course fees.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
We aim to provide accessible and inclusive training. Please let us know in advance if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to make necessary arrangements to facilitate your attendance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will only be considered if received in writing.

For cancellations received up to 28 days before a course we will make a full refund.
For cancellations received up to 14 days before a course, we will give a 50% refund.
We cannot offer a refund for cancellations received less than 14 days before a course, however, we will allow delegates to transfer their place to another person or to book an alternative date.
