Basic Drug Awareness
This course takes participants through the basic issues and concepts around drug use and helps them identify ways in which they can respond more effectively and appropriately to a range of drug related issues.

Volatile Substance Misuse
To give participants an overview of the key issues relating to the misuse of volatile substances (amongst young people) in the UK.

This course will concentrate primarily on young people but can be adapted to look at use amongst older people.

Religion and Belief
To give a general awareness of Religion and Belief and an overview of the legislation and its application in the workplace.

Diversity And Equality
To give participants a working understanding of the legislation related to equality in order to understand how an equitable service should be provided to the community.

To enable participants to understand what rights an individual working within an organisation has in relation to the six equality strands.

Motivational Interviewing
This course aims to equip participants with basic knowledge and skills in motivational techniques to enable them to effectively assess motivation and to support people in making and sustaining positive changes in their lives.

Young People and Drug Use
To help participants understand and recognise drug use in young people and developing appropriate research and response techniques
